Ekaraa Gift Card - Terms & Conditions

The EKARAA Gift Card is activated immediately upon receipt of payment; and is valid for 180 days from the date of activation.
Once issued, EKARAA will not entertain any request for cancellation or refund.
The card can be redeemed only by the person in whose name it was purchased.
EKARAA Gift Cards can be redeemed against diamond studded fine jewellery only. It cannot be redeemed for cash.
The EKARAA Gift Card is redeemable only once. It cannot be used across multiple transactions, the entire amount must be redeemed in a single purchase.
The card can be redeemed at the EKARAA flagship or on the EKARAA website for sale/delivery within India only. If the bill amount exceeds the remaining card value, the balance must be borne by the customer.
Once the value of the card is used, it cannot be reloaded or topped up.
Lost or stolen EKARAA Gift Cards will not be replaced, and the amount will not be refunded.
For any enquiries related to the Gift Card, please contact EKARAA Customer Care for assistance. In case of a dispute, the decision taken by EKARAA’s management will be final.
