Packaging

Every EKARAA piece is packaged in secure, durable, and tamper-proof materials. Your order includes a Certificate of Authenticity and relevant documentation. We urge you to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before acknowledging receipt.

Order Tracking

All shipments are handled by secure jewellery logistics partners and are fully insured till your door step. Once your tracking number is generated, we’ll update your order and notify you. Your order status will be marked as “Shipped” once dispatched.

Shipping Time

Our standard delivery time is ten to fourteen (10 - 14) business days from the date of receipt of the order. Customized items may require additional time before dispatch, and we urge you to get in touch with our representatives for a tentative timeline for the same.
