We offer a seven (7) day money-back guarantee, a one-time exchange, and a buy-back option within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date of invoice. All returns must remain unused, with the original price tag retained, and must meet our merchantable condition standards. Personalized or engraved items are excluded from refund, exchange, and buy-back eligibility.

Introduction

EKARAA Jewellery offers a seven (7) day return window for eligible products with a maximum invoice value of INR One Lakh (₹1,00,000). To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care via email within seven (7) days of the invoice date. Once confirmed, you’ll receive instructions for repackaging and shipment to our designated address.

Returned items must be in original packaging and merchantable condition, determined at the discretion of Everbrite Jewellery and Diamonds Private Limited. If the product fails inspection, it will be returned to you within five (5) business days. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment source within seven (7) business days.

Refunds for card or net banking payments will be processed via transaction reversal. GST value, discounts, promo codes, add-on certification charges, and any transaction fees applied during purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. Customized or engraved products are not eligible for return or refund.

 Exchange & Buy-Back

At the sole discretion of EKARAA (Everbrite Jewellery and Diamonds Private Limited), we offer a one-time exchange within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days of purchase at one hundred percent (100%) of the invoice value. A Buy-back option is available at lifetime value, calculated at eighty percent (80%) of the diamond value at prevailing rates, subject to inspection. GST value, discounts, promo codes, and add-on certification charges applied during purchase will be deducted from the buy-back amount.

Beyond three hundred and sixty-five (365) days, a one-time exchange at eighty percent (80%) diamond value at prevailing rates is available for up to three (3) years. Beyond three (3) years, exchanges and buy‑backs will continue to be honored at eighty percent (80%) of the diamond value, calculated strictly at prevailing market rates, subject to inspection and eligibility. To initiate an exchange or buy-back, contact Customer Care and follow the provided instructions. Products must be returned in original packaging with all purchase documents.

Eligibility is determined upon inspection of the product’s condition, at the sole discretion of Everbrite Jewellery and Diamonds Private Limited. Rejected items will be returned to you within five (5) business days. Approved exchanges or refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt, and exchanges must be for products of the same order value or higher.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within two to three days (2-3) days of placement by contacting Customer Care. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment source within seven (7) business days. Customized or engraved orders are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

EKARAA reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Material updates will be clearly communicated to ensure transparency.
